"I have always had an interest in health and food, even as a young child. During my time at school my love for Home Economics led me to study Nutrition & Dietetics at university. I love working with people and using the (fascinating!) science of nutrition to help others. I enjoy keeping fit, cooking and baking in my spare time and love going out to eat. I also love beauty, make up and run a small business as an independent consultant with Neal's Yard Remedies Organic. This feeds my passion for all round health and amazing ethical beauty products!" – Chloé
